Weka is looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our customer success organization to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to drive informed decision-making and improve our operations. You will be responsible for establishing and building our Business Intelligence infrastructure from the ground up. You will play a crucial role in transforming our raw data into meaningful insights that will drive our customer success organization and will help it scale while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively and enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and support strategic initiatives
  • Establish data governance and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and security.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on our BI tools and data interpretation.
  • Ensure clarity, consistency, and visual efficiency of reporting to make sure CS finds the right data and insight easily and utilizes them often.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 5 years of proven experience in BI development and data analysis. Experience in a startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Salesforce reporting, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Oracle Analytics) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and present findings.
