What’s Cool About This Job 
 
WEKA is a high growth company, and sales incentive plans are a critical tool for executing WEKA’s go-to-market strategy, expanding our customer base, and motivating & rewarding our rapidly expanding sales teams. As a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst, you will own the execution and continuous improvement of all existing sales incentive plans within our compensation administration platform (Xactly) for teams globally. 

Through your work, you will become a resident expert on our sales incentive plans across multiple countries and teams, combining this expertise with savvy data management and systems knowledge to ensure that we’re able to enact sales strategy across the organization and that all sellers are compensated accurately and timely for their contributions. 

With a keen eye for process improvement, and a bias towards action, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our current workflows to increase efficiency within the administration process. Lastly, you’ll partner with the Finance, Sales, GTM Operations, Human Resources and other cross-functional stakeholders to assist with the annual incentive compensation plan design and ensure our Xactly system is able to support the plan. 
 
Responsibilities Include 

  • Own the administration and continuous improvement of sales incentive plans across the globe. 
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely performance-to-payout calculations. 
  • Directly support local sales teams via research and resolution of commission-related inquiries (e.g. system access issues, transaction disputes, credits, and payment calculations) 
  • Compile quarterly commission reporting for leadership review and plan effectiveness assessment. 
  • Ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new plans, plan changes and plan enhancements. 
  • Collaborate with GTM Ops, HR Ops and Finance teams to process new hires, terminations, and transfers in line with plan policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain accurate system hierarchies, applicable plan components and eligibility of payments. 
     

Desired Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, analytics etc. (preferably in a fast-paced, tech company environment) 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. (e.g. Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering etc.) 
  • SaaS background with solid understanding of relevant metrics. 
  • Well versed in Salesforce.com and Comp Admin platforms. (Xactly experience required)  
  • Strong Google Sheets / MS Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas) 
  • Fierce attention to detail; ensuring numbers are accurate & delivered on time to key stakeholders. 
  • Strong analytical abilities, investigating & manipulating data appropriately to make decisions. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively document processes and present information. 

USA Residents Only: The compensation range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $100,000-$130,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Flexible Time off (FTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws.
