About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Go-to-Market (GTM), you’ll be an essential leader within our finance team, acting as a strategic partner to our global Sales, Marketing and Customer Success organizations. In this role, you’ll manage financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for GTM initiatives, providing insights to drive growth and optimize the company’s financial performance in the GTM space. This position requires a proactive, strategic thinker with robust analytical skills, business acumen, and expertise in the nuances of supporting go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- GTM Budgeting & Forecasting
- Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
- Maintain rolling forecasts to provide visibility into GTM financials.
- Analyze key performance indicators and adjust forecasts to align with evolving business needs.
- Align GTM financial objectives with broader corporate goals.
- Strategic Financial Analysis
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and ROI assessments for GTM programs, ensuring that all investments align with WEKA’s strategic objectives.
- Evaluate the financial impact of key GTM metrics to guide strategic decisions in GTM
- Monthly Financial Close
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accurate GTM-related accruals and variance analysis.
- Oversee monthly financial reporting specific to GTM.
- Validate and review GTM expenses, revenues, and financial allocations.
- Adaptive Insights Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for Adaptive Insights, optimizing the planning and reporting system for accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
- Manage data inputs and maintain system integrity.
- Customize dashboards and provide user support to enable effective data-driven decision-making across the GTM organization.
- Business Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and executive leadership to inform financial decisions.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to GTM leadership and teams.
- Performance Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare and deliver clear and actionable financial reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting GTM performance, trends, and key opportunities.
- Ensure alignment on GTM financial performance and trends through clear reporting.
- Process Improvement
- Continuously improve forecasting methodologies and data accuracy.
- Enhance financial systems and workflows to increase the quality, efficiency, and responsiveness of GTM financial planning and reporting, adapting to the needs of a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience related to FP&A, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in high-growth technology companies is a plus.
- Skills:
- Advanced financial modeling and analysis expertise.
- Extensive experience with Adaptive Insights as an administrator, with proven ability to configure, maintain, and optimize the tool for streamlined forecasting and planning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, drive strategic initiatives, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
USA Residents Only: The OTE hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $150,000-220,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Flexible Time off (FTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws.
