Join a dynamic and innovative team at WEKA as a Field Technical Enablement Specialist, focusing on the USA Dell relationship. You'll play a key role in empowering our sales and technical teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to successfully engage with Dell customers and drive business growth. This role offers a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on enablement activities, making it an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology, collaboration, and customer success.

Bring Your Expertise – and Your Passion

  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background in data storage, cloud computing, or HPC-related technologies, with hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, and managing enterprise-level solutions. Experience with Dell is a plus.
  • Enablement Experience: Proven experience in technical enablement, training, or sales engineering roles, with a track record of developing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, and resources for field teams.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams, Dell partners, and customers to drive technical enablement initiatives and support sales efforts.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand business objectives, market trends, and customer needs, translating technical capabilities into value propositions and driving alignment between technical and business priorities.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, deliver engaging training sessions, and create compelling enablement materials for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities include:

  • Technical Enablement: Develop and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and resources to enable field teams (sales, pre-sales, and technical consultants) to effectively position and sell WEKA solutions within the Dell ecosystem.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, provide technical expertise during customer engagements, and support sales cycles by conducting product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops.
  • Partner Enablement: Work closely with Dell partners to provide technical enablement, certification programs, and ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to promote and sell WEKA solutions to their customers.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain technical enablement materials, including presentations, demo scripts, solution guides, and sales tools, tailored to different audiences and sales stages.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the organization by contributing to internal training sessions, knowledge base articles, and best practice sharing forums.

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, with 5+ years of experience in technical roles such as sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working in the data storage, cloud computing, or IT infrastructure industry, with knowledge of enterprise storage solutions, file systems, and data management technologies.
  • Training and Enablement: Proven experience in developing and delivering technical training programs, workshops, and enablement materials for field teams, partners, and customers.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and external partners to achieve common goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose effective solutions.
